1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was explicitly presented to you during the checkout process, you may be eligible to receive a refund. However, all the following conditions must be met to qualify:
- Contact Us: You must contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.
- Technical Issues: You must have encountered errors or other technical problems while using the product. These issues must be substantiated by providing screenshots or screen recordings of the problems encountered.
We will review your application and respond to you via email with the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Important Statement
Meeting all the conditions outlined above is mandatory to qualify for a full voluntary refund under the “Money-Back Guarantee.” However, this guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Personal Reasons: If the product did not meet your expectations, you decided you no longer want it, or you found an alternative.
- Financial Reasons: If you were unaware or did not expect to be charged, did not realize the 7-day introductory period would convert into a subscription, did not understand that subscriptions automatically renew, or were unaware that the services offered are paid.
2. General Refund Rules
If the conditions outlined in the Money-Back Guarantee section are not met, the fees paid for the service are generally non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.
Note for EU Citizens:
If you are a citizen of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without providing a reason and without incurring any costs.
- Exercising Your Right: To withdraw from the contract, you must notify us of your decision by emailing [email protected]. While you may use the Model Withdrawal Form, it is not mandatory.
- Meeting the Deadline: To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
- Reimbursement: If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have provided your explicit consent to begin using the service during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal rights upon full performance of the service, then:
- For digital content: You will not be eligible for a refund unless the content is defective.
- For digital services: You will only qualify for a proportional refund for the unused portion of the service.
In such cases, we will provide a confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
